HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost may vary by items. Please be aware that package items may shift during shipping and may not appear exact to marketing images. For ShineOn jewelry, if you wish to adjust the necklaces before wrapping, please do not choose "gift wrap" options.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
We ship all orders from our USA factory. Once shipped, we see delivery happen within the following timeframe:
- USA - Within 2-8 business days
- Canada - Within 6-12 business days
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM FEES/TAXES?
If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient. Usually, though, 1-2 items rarely attract custom fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold.
Sales Taxes are collected in the business home state of TX.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance (package protection) is offered at checkout. It covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Due to the increase number of lost and stolen packages, we highly recommend that you purchase a package protection service. To make a claim, contact our support team at info@bflygifts.com.
