We're generally unable to offer returns or refunds for those, however if you have any issues with your order within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact our support team: info@bflygifts.com who'll be happy to assist you!
For ShineOn jewelry: Please be aware that package items may shift during shipping and may not appear exact to marketing images. If you wish to adjust the necklaces before wrapping, please do not choose "gift wrap" options.
Purchasing Package Protection
Shipping insurance (package protection) is offered at checkout for $2.98, USD. It covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Due to the increase number of lost and stolen packages, we highly recommend that you purchase a package protection service. To make a claim, contact our support team at info@bflygifts.com.
Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
Once you engage with customer support on your issue, returns should be mailed to the address below. Please note that most return shipping expenses will be at your own cost.
